After experiencing the rippling effects of my son’s childhood cancer diagnosis firsthand within my own family and witnessing it among other families that we met along the way, my vision in opening beYoga and Wellness was to create an atmosphere that was comforting and relaxing, where a person’s worries and stress would fall away shortly after walking through the door. At beYoga and Wellness we work to help create an environment where people can be present within their body, no matter their athletic ability, so that they may release their stress and worries through asana (poses) and breath awareness and leave feeling grounded, energized and balanced.
